Domestic orders are shipped regular mail via USPS. Orders received on Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Thread Buddy is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Returns & Replacements
ABSOLUTLEY NO RETURNS! Your order has been packed and inspected carefully prior to shipping. All purchases are FINAL SALE unless item is damaged or defective. We will accept items for EXCHANGE ONLY if item(s) were received damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item(s) you will have 48 Hours from delivery date to provide us with a picture of the damaged or defective item(s), a picture of the original packaging slip, as well as a detailed explanation on what’s wrong with the item(s) via email to customerservice@threadbuddy.com. After we receive your email please allow 48 hours for us to review the pictures and we will contact you with instructions and the process on how to return the item(s). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
